DIGITIZING CHARGES
50¢ per 1k stitches over 10k stitches
• Digitizing charges:
• Orders of 24 decorated garments or more (with same logo)
• One logo = no charge up to 10k stitches**
($10.00 for each additional 1k stitches)
• Additional logos = $10.00/1k stitches per logo • Orders of less than 24 decorated garments: • $10.00/1k stitches per logo
OTHER CHARGES
• Drop Shipments = add $10.00 per address (after the first address)
• Personalization = $5 for a maximum of 2 lines, 20 spaces/line (as a secondary location only; names only-no numbers)
• Copies of Digitized Tapes = $10.00/1K stitches
• Application of size or Dept. stickers = $0.30 per units
• Barcode labelling is $0.30 per unit + a $25 one-time fee to create
• Removal of hang tags = $0.30 per unit
• Application of hang tags = $0.30 per unit

• ChromaSoft Performance Collection (All CE111 styles plus women’s & youth companions) is not eligible for embroidery and heat seal
• Team 365 Zone Collection (all TT11 styles plus women’s & youth companions) is not eligible for embroidery and heat seal.
• Ultraclub Cool & Dry styles (8420, 8620 and all long sleeved, women’s and youth companion styles) is not eligible for embroidery and heat seal

Credit Approval: Shipment of order is subject to credit approval

**Decoration orders are credit card or terms - no COD orders are permitted
